About an hour after they left, it rained and the windows got wet with drops of water. However, an hour after it stopped raining, the windows dried up leaving no trace of water marks. "I hired Arctic Shine for two separate jobs on my property. First, removing dirt/residue/algae, whatever else was on my roof siding from years of not being cleaned by the previous owner. It looked horrible, black and brown streaks down the eaves. Andrew was quick to come by and provide a quote and was able to book a time within the following week to clean the eaves. It was a night and day difference when he was done. Because of how great it turned out, I hired Andrew again to come out and pressure wash our entire backyard's concrete areas (there are a lot). Again, absolutely amazing result. He even came back a couple days later because of a drainage issue in our yard - water pooling, preventing it from being %100 clean in one corner. With his second visit to that area, it was perfect. I really apperciated his communication when an issue came up, he always had a solution. Each time we saw Andrew, he was pleasant and knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in the work he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a refresh on their property."
