This was a much needed window & screen cleaning and it made such a huge difference to the light coming in and the general appearance of the windows and frames. Keiran did the job 1000 times better than I ever did myself and it was very efficiently done. Super communicative about the appointment time, with helpful text reminders too.
I had the pleasure of employing 2 of the hardest working young men from Arctic Shine yesterday. They cleaned my windows and gutters and then they saw me tackling a huge job of moving brick to my backyard and let me know they do odd jobs. What a huge job but they stayed until they were finished. The wonderful thing is that they installed a new facility in gutters which can let rain flow but forbidding the leaves in. Which looks good.

Kieran did a great job cleaning our windows, was very polite and respectful, and offered to return to fix any issues should they come to light, later in the day. Also, if you have neighbours that live close by, and you have side windows facing their yard on your second floor, ask in advance if cleaners like Kieran can access your neighbours yard to get better angles to reach those high windows! We did, and window turned out nice and clean.

I highly recommend Arctic Shine Services. They did an excellent job cleaning all our windows outside. It only took about an hour. I immediately cleaned the inside of the windows and noticed how absolutely clear the windows were, inside and out. About an hour after they left, it rained and the windows got wet with drops of water. However, an hour after it stopped raining, the windows dried up leaving no trace of water marks. This is the second year in a row I’ve hired them and highly recommend them.

Wow what an amazing job Arctic Shine did on our widows we had very bad hard water stains on some of them and they came out so clean it made us realize that we needed to clean the inside too oof I guess we should have got him to do the insides too We would highly recommend Arctic Shine for anyone needing window cleaning inside or out he was great to deal with quickly responded to our needs did a great job on all our glass and very reasonably priced Thanks Kieran we really appreciate your hard work and professionalism

I hired Arctic Shine for two separate jobs on my property. First, removing dirt/residue/algae, whatever else was on my roof siding from years of not being cleaned by the previous owner. It looked horrible, black and brown streaks down the eaves. Andrew was quick to come by and provide a quote and was able to book a time within the following week to clean the eaves. It was a night and day difference when he was done. Because of how great it turned out, I hired Andrew again to come out and pressure wash our entire backyard's concrete areas (there are a lot). Again, absolutely amazing result. He even came back a couple days later because of a drainage issue in our yard - water pooling, preventing it from being %100 clean in one corner. With his second visit to that area, it was perfect. I really apperciated his communication when an issue came up, he always had a solution. Each time we saw Andrew, he was pleasant and knowledgeable and obviously takes pride in the work he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a refresh on their property.

Arctic Shine shone! Phillipe Mouchet arrived early, set up quickly and did a beautiful job on our windows. The triple filtered water system works! And the scrub brush, instead of just the hose (used by a company last year), worked well. Will absolutely use this team again!

Arctic Shine cleaned our windows a few years ago when the business had just started. We hired them again in 2024 to do the exterior windows. This year we got the exterior, interior and the screens done. The appointment was easy to make - they reached out to us as repeat customers and maintained ongoing communication via email to confirm and remind us of the appointment. Philippe and Isaac arrived on time and were very pleasant and friendly. They did a very efficient and professional job. Windows and screens are very clean! Nice to work with a company that responds promptly and shows up at the appointed time to do the work. Philippe worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning our outside windows and the gutters.
