Kieran did a great job cleaning our windows, was very polite and respectful, and offered to return to fix any issues should they come to light, later in the day. Also, if you have neighbours that live close by, and you have side windows facing their yard on your second floor, ask in advance if cleaners like Kieran can access your neighbours yard to get better angles to reach those high windows! We did, and window turned out nice and clean.

I highly recommend Arctic Shine Services. They did an excellent job cleaning all our windows outside. It only took about an hour. I immediately cleaned the inside of the windows and noticed how absolutely clear the windows were, inside and out. About an hour after they left, it rained and the windows got wet with drops of water. However, an hour after it stopped raining, the windows dried up leaving no trace of water marks. This is the second year in a row I’ve hired them and highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Louis arrived the day after my initial enquiry and followed up with an appointment date and written estimate that same day. Ben and Sullivan arrived as scheduled and did a beautiful job cleaning 43 windows on three levels. They were polite, efficient and professional. I will definitely have them back next year.

Sullivan was at our house right at the appointment time. Was a cool day but he just got to work and did all the windows in the house. Also did the glass railings on the deck. Nice young business folks to have do your work. Will definitely call them again in the spring.

Arctic Shine cleaned our windows a few years ago when the business had just started. We hired them again in 2024 to do the exterior windows. This year we got the exterior, interior and the screens done. The appointment was easy to make - they reached out to us as repeat customers and maintained ongoing communication via email to confirm and remind us of the appointment. Philippe and Isaac arrived on time and were very pleasant and friendly. They did a very efficient and professional job. Windows and screens are very clean! I have seen this business grow over the years from a start up to a professional service. It's great to see a young entrepreneur grow his business.

2 very pleasant young men came to my home and, for a very reasonable price, cleaned all of my windows impeccably. Some of these windows are difficult to access and even they are very clean. They listened to instructions about my water situation very carefully and were respectful and cautious in my home. I recommend Arctic Shine VERY highly.

Louis is a young entrepreneur who stopped by my house one summer afternoon and offered to give me a quote on washing my windows. He was courteous and professional. The quote was very reasonable, and He and his employee for to work right away. The completed job fully met my expectations. I suspect this young man will go far.
